Smart Ticketing survey

Thank you for taking part in this survey to evaluate Smart ticketing systems for public transport.

 

The questionnaire aims to get an overview of smart ticketing systems and is part of a research project coordinated by Prof. Pronello, Politecnico di Torino.  Your valuable contribution is important for the ongoing research and will allow us to compare smart ticketing systems and companies from a technical, functional and economic point of view.

 

Completing the questionnaire takes about 15-20 minutes, but it is possible to partially complete the questionnaire, save it and continue later. All your answers will be treated ANONYMOUSLY and processed statistically in aggregate way. There are no right or wrong answers: answer freely. It is important to know your opinion on the different aspects of ticketing systems. Thank you for participating in our survey!
